We stock Garloc 3000 1/16" thick material and can supply additional gasket sizes upon request. Shoulder Plugs and Soft Iron Gaskets are available in 3/4", 7/8", and 1 1/8" sizes. Heat Exchanger Equipment Tube Expanders Our large inventory gives us the ability to manipulate tubes of any size. Tube bending is available for tube sizes ranging from 5/8" to 1 1/2". The minimum bendable OD is 1 3/4" and the maximum bendable OD is 72". In the event that a specific bending die size is not available, it can be manufactured upon customer request. Rolling Guns Large quantity of 720, 850, 1050, and 1550 rolling guns. Boiler and Condenser Tubes can be rolled up to a 4" OD or larger upon request. To assist us in quickly adapting to specialized customer requirements, we stock a large inventory of heat exchanger specific equipment and material. Materials Inventory Steel Tubing We stock SA-179 3/4" 12 and 14-gage BWG m/w carbon steel tubing and will obtain other material types upon request. Tapered Tubing Plugs Our inventory includes tapered tubing plugs from 3/8" 15-22 BWG to 1 1/8" 11-14 BWG in 2 1/2" lengths that will consist of carbon steel or brass. Upon request, we will also manufacture in stainless steel and in sizes larger than stock.
