Another heat exchanger project completed by EDEX's Heat Exchanger Services division.

This project involved the fabrication of two U-tube bundles featuring 2205 Duplex stainless steel throughout, including SA-240 UNS S32205 tube sheets, SA-789 UNS S32205 tubes (3/4" O.D. x 16 BWG), baffles, and other components.

Every tube-to-tube sheet joint was orbitally welded to ensure precision and consistency. Once all materials arrived at EDEX, our team completed both U-bundles in approximately 2-3 weeks.

From engineering and drafting through fabrication, hydro testing, and ABSA certification, EDEX delivered the complete solution, all under one roof.
