Our Pipe Fabrication shop is currently fabricating 88 sulfur steam jacket spools, each featuring an 8" core for sulfur service and a 10" jacket for steam.

This is a complex fabrication process where precision is critical. The jackets must be installed in stages to allow the core to be fully welded and hydrotested before the split jackets are installed and completed. A second hydro test is then performed on the steam jacket. The project also includes 90° spools created using induction bends, requiring the core and jacket radii to align perfectly.
