Acquisition of Uni-Form Components Co.

We are pleased to announce that on December 10th, 2025, the assets of Uni-Form Components Co. were officially acquired by a subsidiary of GFO Texas Holdings Corp. (“GFO Texas Holdings”), a subsidiary of Gusse Holdings Limited (“GHL”). GHL also operates Edmonton Exchanger & Manufacturing Ltd., Canada’s most prominent and respected manufacturer of tank heads and custom heavy-fabricated components.
The entity will operate under the name Uni-Form Components Corp. (“Uni-Form Components”). This strategic acquisition marks a major step for GHL as it continues expanding capabilities, strengthening its North American footprint, and advancing its long-term growth strategy in the U.S. market.
Uni-Form Components, a trusted name in American manufacturing with decades of experience, will now benefit from GFO’s significant technical resources and customer base. Together, the combined organization is positioned to deliver enhanced value, innovation, and reliability to customers across multiple industrial sectors in the US and Canada.
The transition to GFO Texas Holdings has been structured to ensure a seamless and minimally disruptive experience for employees, customers, and vendors. All operations are expected to continue normally, with an emphasis on stability, continuity, and long-term investment.
